Conditions

Driver

The driver must be at least 23 years of age and be in possession of a valid International driver's license. The driver is required to have at least 3 years driving experience. The camper may only be driven by those drivers specified in the contract.

Instructions:

Prior to departure, the driver will receive detailed instructions as to the operation of the camper and its appliances.
A copy of these same instructions may be found in writing inside the camper.
Kilometers are not charged or counted
Fuel costs are for the renter. Renter will leave with a full fuel tank and is required to return it full.
Smoking inside the camper is forbidden. Should this clause be disregarded, extra cleaning costs will be charged to the lessee.
Camper is to be rented from Friday 15:00 o'clock to the following Friday at 10:00 o'clock .
Surpassing the stipulated rental period is forbidden, unless an extension has been specifically granted by the owner.
Should the rental period elapse, a minimum fine of € 250 extra per day will be charged to the lessee.

Pets
As a rule pets are not allowed. However, if necessary this may be discussed.

European Borders
All European countries may be visited, except those specified by the insurance company or the owner as being high-risk areas.
These countries may be found on the Green Card.

Cancellation
The lessee is to issue a cancellation order either by registered post or by e-mail. Upon cancellation the renter will owe:

25% of total fee up to 10 weeks before rental period.

60% of total fee up to 6 weeks before rental period.
90% of total fee within 6 weeks of rental period.
100% after rental date commences
Return of camper prior to agree return date does not result in a (partial) refund.

Payment
Payment takes place in two instalments: 50% must be paid at the time of the reservation and 50% six weeks before departure.
The camper is insured for Third Party and Casco. In case of an accident or damage to camper, the renter is liable for the first € 700,-
Cancellation insurance is optional but certainly recommended.

Deposit
An additional deposit of € 750, - must be paid but not later than the departure, either by bank transfer or in cash when the camper is collected.
The deposit will be returned to lessee within one week after return of camper if all conditions have been complied with.

Maintenance
The camper must be returned cleaned and all garbage disposals emptied.
Should this not be the case, €150, - will be deducted from the deposit.

General
Rental fee includes: Awning, bicycle rack, extension cord, water hose, gas bottle(s), Green Card, written instructions, international alarm service.
In the case of damage, breakdown or an accident, contacts the owner directly.
